By purchasing a ticket to a Muddy Princess event, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Muddy Princess is a fun, non-competitive 5km obstacle mud run for women of all fitness levels, and we can’t wait to have you join the adventure!
- All tickets are non-refundable.
- Tickets are valid only for the specific event date and location selected at the time of purchase.
- Transfers to another event are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days before the event. An admin fee may apply.
- Tickets cannot be resold for a profit. Any tickets found to be resold at a higher price may be cancelled without a refund.
- If you registered as a team, each participant must have their own ticket.
- If a team member can no longer attend, they may transfer their ticket to another person.
- You may transfer your ticket to another person until 7 days before the event.
- Name changes made within 7 days of the event may be subject to an admin fee.
- You cannot transfer your ticket to another event if you do not show up on race day.
- If an event is postponed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date.
- If an event is cancelled by Muddy Princess, participants will receive a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations beyond our control, including force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.). Participants will have the option to transfer their entry to another event or receive a voucher for future use.
- All participants must sign a waiver before taking part in the event.
- Muddy Princess is open to women and girls aged 6+. Participants under 18 require a guardian’s consent.
- You acknowledge that this is a fun but physical event, and participation is at your own risk.
